Westside Shepherd Rescue is going to publish a calendar to help our fundraising efforts and to raise awareness  of  what we do—and we need your best pictures! Our theme is Westside dogs getting another chance to enjoy life!

If you have a great picture of your dog you think is worthy of being displayed on our calendar, please submit your picture with a very brief bio of your dog to the following e-mail address: sheprescue_calendar@me.com If you remember your dog's pre-rescue story add that also.

Here are the criteria for the "winning pics":
All eligible entries will be examined by a panel of judges selected by Westside Shepherd Rescue and based on the criteria above. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters relating to judging this call for submissions.

1. Photo must be original, unpublished, and not copyrighted.
2. Photo must show your GSD without any humans 
3. Photo should cover at least one of these criteria: Four Seasons, play time, multiple dogs having fun as long as one dog is a Westside dog, nature trips like hiking, swimming or boating for example, nap time, multiple GSD, single GSD, Portrait, full body, outdoors, puppies, seniors
4. Photo must be at least 2MB in size and either in JPEG or RAW format.
5. Photo should preferably be in a horizontal format, but if you have a very good vertical one, please send as well.

Thank you for submitting your favorite picture to us, we will treasure every one of them.  We won’t have room for all the pictures submitted for the calendar, but we will try and add as many as possible to our Tails of Joy page on our website.  Thank you so much for your effort to make our calendar something special, and thank you for adopting!
