Carter von Carpin is a GORGEOUS 2 year old German Shepherd. The Carter Family is alive and well in this good boy, and he can’t wait to make sweet music with his perfect match! A real blue-collar dog, Carter spent a brief stint on the streets prior to his arrival at Westside – despite his time living rough, he is clearly a pup who will create a lasting bond with humans and dogs alike. Carter currently lives in a foster home with numerous other dogs, where he plays the role of Canine Social Club Director. Trotting around like a proud Tennessee Walking Horse, our good boy keeps everyone playing and enjoying the sunshine all day. He has a special relationship with his young puppy foster sister and enjoys her higher energy level, as well as the more mellow companions around the yard (his little sister has promised to take over his important duties when he finds his forever home). With a wonderful medium-yet-mellow level of energy, Carter loves clocking out at the end of the day and checking in for his second job - lovable couch potato. He is currently taking applications for a co-couch potato (wink wink!).
