Justice
Adopted

Justice is a beautiful 2-year-old German shepherd. He is perfect; his coat is clean and groomed, he is a perfect weight and has a wonderful temperament. Justice likes other dogs and cats are okay, but scary. He walks well on a leash and checks to make sure you are close by. He even gave the vet tech a kiss who checked his temperature in not such a wonderful spot. He weighs 76 pounds. The one thing Justice did wrong was to get a cough in a shelter jammed with other sick dogs. Today would have been his last day alive. Even though the Hayden Bill dictates that all adoptable animals be treated, they are not. It isn't the staff at the shelters that make this decision, there isn't any money or room to treat and to care for these animals in Los Angeles. As voters we need to do something, we need to make a difference for the animals. We named Justice in honor of the 4th of July. We are hoping for a better world where there is liberty and justice for all the dogs and cats who are losing their lives in the shelter everyday.
