Patches
Adopted

Patches is such a happy little fellow, his joy is contagious. When we asked a volunteer to drive down to San Diego and rescue Patches we had mistakenly thought he was a German Shepherd or at least part German Shepherd. We thought he was a puppy, we were wrong on both counts, but our volunteer knew if she didn't take Patches he was already on the list for the day to be put down. Patches needed medical care immediately for a bad skin infection. Patches is feeling good now and wags his tiny tail a mile a minute. He is proud and feels beautiful. He is 39 pounds and could gain a few pounds. He is probably Australian Shepherd with something smaller mixed in. Patches is crate and house trained. He is good with cats, but will chase if the kitties run. Patches likes to play with toys and would make a great agility dog. Patches will be your best friend!
We must admit that he is looking pretty cute, just wait till his coat comes completely back. Patches prances and stays right with you on a walk, it is such a pleasure after walking some kennel bound German Shepherds. Patches is very people and dog friendly. If he is so happy just being in a cement run most of the day, just think his sweet little heart will almost burst from joy if he found a home or even a foster home.
