Roscoe von Schwartzenburg is a stunning looking 4 year old jet black German Shepherd. There are breeders who only breed the all black Shepherds. Roscoe is a good sized boy, people walk across the street to get away from him. It is strange how the darker the shepherd the more scary to people. Roscoe may look formidable but he is such a gentle and kind dog. He stays right by your side and walks with you. Anyone could take Roscoe for a walk. He is also wonderful with other dogs, even the alpha girls, love Roscoe. They even flirt with him. We walked Roscoe in the cat room at the vet hospital, he passed a few cats and a rabbit with no interest. They didn’t seem to care about him, they sensed he was harmless.. Our volunteer who walks the dogs said that Roscoe looks at her like she is the best looking woman in the world. Roscoe is very appreciative of love and kindness. What a great dog to come home to everyday!
