Rusty von Lancaster is a stunning, tall 2 year old German Shepherd. We always have a volunteer’s favorite and Rusty is certainly the one or at least a runner up. Our heart breaks for Rusty, he was given up by his family for financial reasons, he sits and waits quietly in his run, surrounded by barking dogs. We know he is sad. Rusty will require eye drops, we can explain more. He bonds very quickly and very strongly and will make such an excellent and loyal companion. If you ever want to feel special, all you have to do is look at Rusty looking at you with adoring eyes and his expressive little eye brows raised; you just want to hug him and kiss him. He shows very well and is a lover of people. He gives kisses and is just a friendly guy. He was in a home with kids so we feel comfortable placing him with children. We don't think this dog has a mean bone in his body. Come meet Rusty, he will charm you in no time!
