Tails of Joy

Oso,which means bear in Spanish, does look like a bear. He is only 2 years and 6 months old. Oso is a very large guy with huge bones, he weighs 138 pounds, he needs to slim down a bit, but he is truly a magnificent looking dog. He has the massive head and the straight back of a German Shepherd from import lines.
An elderly woman picked the biggest puppy that a breeder had, when Oso grew into what she had wanted, he became too big for her to manage, even though Oso is so easy to walk. You can even let the leash dangle. Oso loved the tiny grandchild and was so watchful of her. When she would swing on the swing set, Oso blocked her from going high, he would stand in front of the swing to protect her from falling. He was also so worried when she climbed up on the slide, he waited anxiously at the bottom to watch for her. Oso is good in the car, but be prepared, he fills up the whole backseat all by himself. Oso was with his father and a Pomeranian at a high-kill shelter. When our volunteer walked out of the shelter with him, everyone was in awe! (We rescued his dad Charlie)
We are asking a donation of $350 for him. He is neutered, has all his shots and is micro-chipped.
