We can tell by her body conformation and her coloring. The black and red is a very sought after color, especially in Germany. People from other parts of the country follow the dogs on our web-site; they are continuously amazed at the kind of German Shepherds that end up in kill shelters here. Annabella is one that you could easily see on a site for imported trained German Shepherds for thousands and thousands, but here she sits in a dangerous shelter unclaimed. I’m sure there is a story behind her separation from her family but we will never know. Annabella knows her commands, she is very focused and loving. She is an absolutely amazing dog.
