Axel von Winterthur is a handsome 2 year old classic looking German Shepherd. He is so handsome, people have to slow down when they pass and roll down their car windows to feast their eyes! Two weeks ago no one would have given Axel another look, ten pounds have made him into a hunk again, another ten pounds, and traffic will stop! Axel shares a run with a more dominant male and Axel always concedes to keep the peace, he is so wonderful in every way. The minute he gets away from the kennel he loves to relax and just enjoy the quiet and the moment. He walks well on the leash and loves to go for walks. We can only guess at his story but we do know he will find a wonderful need home soon!
