Bear von Beeskow is an adorable 3 year old huggie bear mix. One of our volunteers reports: “I LOVE BEAR!!! He’s truly a bear. Somewhat intimidated by his stressful kennel surroundings but gentle. Wants for nothing more than to lay his head in your lap and be as physically close as possible. The minute his head is in your lap, you can feel his whole body relax. He will do well with someone who’s home more often than not. He’s not a power walker, just a stroller with love to give is my impression. When you see him, you will fall in love. He’s your childhood teddy bear!” Our boy has demonstrated that he is a people-pleaser who will listen to what you want from him. Possibly housebroken, Bear needs socialization with other dogs. For now, if there is another dog in the home, it needs to be very easy-going. It’s time to re-live your childhood and get your own real live Bear.
