Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Bear von Steiner is a wonderful, gorgeous, easy going 10 year old German Shepherd. He has the blocky good looks of a well bred German dog. We first adopted out Bear 3 years ago to what we had hoped would be his forever home. We are so sad to report that his owner died very suddenly and Bear has come back to us once again. We promise every dog that we rescue that we will always make sure that they have a home. So now we are once again looking for a loving home for our big boy. Bear is such a joy to be around and he's such great company while you're watching TV or working on the computer. He knows a few commands, is housebroken, and even tells you when he needs to go to potty by making a funny little noise. He loves tummy rubs and puts his paw in the air to ask for more. He's fine around other large dogs, but he's not fond of small ones. He is so full of life and is so deserving of a loving home and a nice fluffy bed. One look at his sweet face, and you'll want to hug him!
