Beemer von Lancaster is a handsome and charming 10 month old coated German Shepherd. He is still growing and judging from his bone structure, he is going to be a very large boy. He also has the straighter back of the German import lines that so many people like. Beemer is currently in a foster home with a dog trainer learning manners and basic obedience. He has learned to live with a cat and could be in a home with a cat that will not run. He is learning how to be around horses and cattle and is progressing nicely. He would be great as a single dog but can also do well with another canine companion. He needs a strong willed, experienced owner who will continue his training and set limits. He is housebroken, crate and kennel trained. He walks nicely on leash and is getting better at sit, stay and down. He LOVES the water and playing ball, he likes to chase things that move from flies to squirrels. He will follow you around the house and than lay at your feet. He is ready to bond with his forever person.
