Betsy von Brentwood is a long haired German Shepherd, someday she will be beautiful again. Long haired Shepherds don't need to be clipped and shouldn't be. Their coats are protection in the winter and insulation from the heat in summer. Even when we get a badly matted long haired German Shepherd, we find groomers who we pay by the hour to brush through their coats. You will have to imagine Betsy with her beautiful coat again. The upside is her coat will be new and perfect, you just have to wait until it grows back. Betsy is easy going and very sweet. She gets along with dogs of all sizes, she is just a sweetheart. Betsy loves people too and seems to look at people hoping she recognizes her family. We would like to find a foster home for Betsy. We don't want her to have to wait months in boarding until she is gorgeous again to find a forever home.
