Billy von Derrick is an adorable little 4 year old mix of fluffness on the smaller side.

Per his foster mom:
He is a happy, silly, sweet boy. He is submissive in the dog pack- always looking for the lead dog to take cues from. Good with all sized dogs. Lives with a cat. No small children- he has a herding instinct and wants to guide small kids. He is fully house trained and crate trained, which he loves to house in. He would love a dog friend and parents who want a fun loving, sensitive, tail wagging dog.
