Britta von Britz is a beautiful 18 month old German Shepherd. This bi-color beauty with the kindest eyes is such a love. Despite her young age, Britta is such a mellow soul. She’s easy to walk on the leash; she never dashes away or heads off too far. At times, she does need encouragement when heading down a new path or meeting a new pup friend; however with a proper introduction she settles in and enjoys their company on the walk. At home, Britta is such a loving sweetie. She has a wonderfully calm demeanor and just enjoys being along side you and getting lots of cuddles. More than anything she loves when you sit down and give her a gentle face massage while telling her that she’s a good girl. Britta does great off leash with most types of dogs. In playgroups, she stands back at first to get a feel of the yard and; once she warms up, she gives polite greetings to all those who meet her. Being the sweetheart that she is, she even hangs around making friends. Britta is the type of dog that will do well in many homes. Her mellow energy level is great for an apartment or small home. Her great leash manners are wonderful for an active person. Her youth and eagerness to please are ideal for someone wanting to train her in all manner of skills.
