Buddy von Bahlen is an adorable 18 month old Shepherd mix with an unsurpassed spirit and stellar resilience. After being hit hard by a car, Buddy underwent surgery to save two fractured legs and then had to battle a bad infection. His rear leg is healing successfully but his front leg is paralyzed. However, with the use of a custom-made brace designed just for Buddy, he gets around fine. Buddy is a mellow fellow who befriends everyone he meets, whether it be human or canine. He likes to be with you in the house, hoping for a periodic massage and a little snugging. He is housebroken and knows how to use a doggy door. His foster dad says Buddy would just love to be a couch potato minus the couch. Buddy is one very special guy who is ready for his own special family.
