Clara von Clenze is a beautiful 12 month old German Shepherd. This mid-energy, smaller-sized girl has come a long way since she was first rescued from a high-kill shelter.  Receiving good care, healthy meals, daily exercise and consistent kindness from our staff and volunteers have Clara feeling secure and loved.  She happily walks with as many as 5 other dogs on her outings, curious and alert to what is happening around her.  In playgroups she romps with her four-pawed friends and makes the most of yard time, sometimes getting downright silly.  Described as affectionate and sweet with people, Clara will follow you around to help with your chores or enjoy watching Netflix with you. She will do best in an adult forever home with another friendly dog (but definitely no cats).
