Dixie von Dienst is a gorgeous 18 month old German Shepherd with a hint of blue. Her rare and luscious blue coat isn’t the only thing that is wonderful about Dixie, as she also has a winning personality. Dixie is a confident girl who enjoys meeting new people. Sometimes she can get a little too excited and wants to give you hugs but is responsive to correction. Dixie enjoys affection from her people and, with her mid-high energy level, she loves to go out on walks. She hikes through the neighborhood, alert and ready to sniff all the new and interesting smells. Around other dogs, Dixie is not one to step back. She greets them with her head held high and to some dogs she can come across pushy, so she is best paired with friendly easygoing dogs. Dixie is still a young dog who is eager to learn basic obedience skills. She is smart and she will make you proud.
