Finn von Kyritz is a striking 2-3-year-old German Shepherd mix. Our evaluators describe him as a mellow-to-mid energy  fellow who will sit by your side and eventually lean into you for affection.  He’s a smart guy, knowing key commands such as sit, stay, down, leave it and go to bed. He is also house-trained and well-behaved alone in the house. On walks, Finn is curious and happy to be out and about. He likes to stay close, and while he can pull a bit, he's overall an excellent walker. He doesn’t mind dogs who approach but isn’t super interested in making friends. In playgroups, Finn is a very good boy. He say hi to the other pups before taking his post as the calm observer. It seems Finn’s favorite place is by his person’s side.  He has a protective nature common to his breed which requires well-managed introductions to men in particular. This great guy is ready for his forever home.
