Florence von Florsheim is a wonderful 12 month old mix of possibly Shiba Inu or Dingo. Per her own words, “Hi! My name is Florence. I am not your typical German Shepherd, actually I might not be a German Shepherd at all! But I have heard the volunteers say that I am the cutest dog ever, so I guess being a German Shepherd isn’t that important! I am a medium-energy dog and, when I go on walks, I like to stop and smell the flowers. I’m the cautious type when it comes to meeting new people but, if you are kind and patient with me, I really do come out of my shell. During doggie recess time, I prefer to keep to myself and avoid the other dogs. My confidence grows more every day; I am a really sweet girl and I hope I don’t have to stay at the kennels too much longer. Please ask for me if you are looking for a companion that is shy and retired on the outside but brimming with love on the inside.
