Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Franz Von Lancaster is a stunning black and tan 10 month old German Shepherd. He still has some growing to do, even though he is already a pretty big guy. Franz was found in an area that is loaded with breeders. We are no longer shocked when a puppy of Franz quality comes into this very crowded Shelter. It happens so often, and is just so unfair that so many animals pay with their lives for the greed of breeders. Franz is a big boy with a great attitude towards life. He is still puppy playful, but is very intelligent and is a great age to join a new family and learn the new family rules. Franz gets along well with other dogs. He is in a large off leash facility, he has made many close friends, it is adorable to see. We have not tested him with cats but he met a chicken he liked, so it looks promising for cats, he has a low prey drive. Franz has a great future ahead of him. He just needs a new family to complete his life.
