George von Gottingen is an extra large 5 month old black and red German Shepherd puppy. At just 5 months old he is already 52 pounds and lean, he has huge thick legs and extra large paws. He is going to be a magnificent adult German Shepherd; right now he has lots of maturing to do. George is social and loves people. He was given up by his family and ended up in a city shelter.  When George was being taken for a walk, people in the surrounding businesses came out to meet our handsome new boy! They just didn’t understand how or why something so incredible can end up in a shelter! Unfortunately George thinks he's "all that" and doesn't want to share a home with other dogs at this point. We feel he needs a home where he's the only dog or an alpha owner who will show him how to behave around other dogs.
