Goofy von Carson is a handsome 2 year old German Shepherd. He should be about 70 pounds when he reaches the right weight. He is easy to walk and responsive to any correction. He is a calm dog but still happy and alert. He was left at a shelter and mourned the loss of his family, no one even noticed him except one of our volunteers. She understood that he was just a faithful dog, he was sure his family wouldn’t forget him, he hadn’t forgotten them. He sat in the back of a cage, with his head resting on his paw, he didn’t go up to meet adopters, he just knew in his heart they had to come back. Goofy is realizing that there are still good people and he is happy now to meet new people. He is good with other dogs and seems to get along with most everyone. He also had little interest in a cat he met, so it looks promising. We can’t wait for this faithful dog to have a family who deserves him!
