Grizzly von Gottlieb is a gorgeous 11-12 month old German Shepherd.  On the shy side, it takes him some time to warm up and then his “sweetheart side” will melt your heart.  This medium-energy, housetrained hunk mixes well with all the other dogs in our play yard and, on leash, is happy to walk with them in a pack.  Grizzly is more tentative about people, however, and requires a slow introduction to strangers, allowing him to approach them versus them approaching him.  Our great Grizzly will thrive in the home of an experienced shepherd owner, one who is confident and consistent with positive-based training and who will work patiently to socialize Grizzly so that he can become as comfortable  with people as he is with dogs.  Another friendly, outgoing dog in the family will help too.
