Gunter von Gokels is a striking 2-year-old German Shepherd/Malinois mix. This handsome boy has a one-track mind…attention! Gunter is all about being the star of the show and isn’t afraid to ask for it. He does great during playgroups, excited and ready to socialize and hang with other pups while keeping his eye on the prize of pats from his people. On walks, Gunter is looking for his person to help him learn his leash manners. He’s not afraid to speak up and jump up to show his excitement. He will do well with structure and lessons to channel his eagerness for affection into eagerness to please and learn. This guy is really smart and needs mental, as well as physical, stimulation, such as playing search-and-find or attending agility classes. Overall a very happy and social dude, Gunter knows his basic commands, is possibly housebroken, gets along with people and dogs (but not cats) and is ready for his forever home.
