Gustav von Berlin is an enchanting 7 to 8 week old puppy. He has all the classic markings of a German Shepherd puppy. We have no idea what he will grow up to look like.If you have a definite look you want in a dog, it is better to adopt one a little older so you know. Regardless, he will be very handsome, he is smart and self assured. It doesn't matter whether he is meeting a 100 pound German Shepherd or a cat more than double his size or a puppy his size, he is ready to make friends and play. He has the typical German Shepherd puppy personality and doesn't want to be left behind, he wants to go where the big guys are going. If he has to stay in the kitchen he complains with everything he has about how unfair that is. He is getting the idea about potty training and goes immediately when he is taken outside, he still needs to go frequently. Gustav loves to eat canned food and cottage cheese, he won't turn down a little grilled chicken, forget the kibble. Gustav is already neutered, micro-chipped and has had his first series of shots, he will need a second series and a third to make sure he is safe. Gustav was lost and picked up by animal control.. Gustav is a lucky puppy because one of our volunteers was there to snatch him up. No outdoor guard dog stuff for this little prince!
