Happy von Hannelore is the most delightful and silly 9-10 month old plush coated black sable Shepherd mix. A name was never more appropriate for a dog than this one. Happy is an absolute delight to be around and will make you smile ear to ear. Being a young girl, Happy tends to lead the way on her walks. She gets so excited when she meets new people or another friendly dog, so don’t be so surprised on a walk or playdate when she erupts with…well, happiness! Happy is still mostly a puppy, with typical puppy behaviors like nibbles and jumps. However, she seems to know when she’s in trouble and is very contrite. She is quite attentive and responds well to corrections on leash and directions off leash. Around other dogs Happy has all that typical puppy confidence; she will run right up to them and want to play. And when other dogs get pushy or jump or burrow under, Happy is incredibly tolerant. Still, she probably will be best around friendly, tolerant dogs that don’t mind a little puppy excitement. Happy would love to go to a home that will give her plenty of exercise, affection and, most of all, encouragement. Happy is still a young girl with lots to learn, but she already comes with the proper spirit to master it all with someone to guide her.
