Hercules von Herford is a gorgeous, 3-4 year-old, long-haired German Shepherd. Sweet and loving, he likes to bury his head in your arms and shower you with sweet puppy kisses. Happy, outgoing and ready for fun, Hercules is a bouncy boy whose tail is constantly wagging.  He listens well to his handler if treats are present, since he is eager to please as he shows you a perfect “sit” or “down.” He also has mastered his leash training and responds to the heel command. He loves meeting people on his walks, and does well walking with other dogs. Hercules is growing into a social butterfly who enjoys spending time with other dogs, sometimes playing with them. (He's not for small dogs or cats, however.) With his enthusiastic energy level, he would thrive in an active home where he can play and explore. He's a total goofball who loves attention and will shower you with affection. He's ready to find his forever home!
