Hunter von Hullhorst is a beautiful 2 year old German Shepherd mix whose coal-lined eyes are a beautiful contrast against his blonde coat. He is a joy to walk on leash because he is so well behaved and comfortable with his surroundings, wagging his tail and observing everything around him. Probably not previously socialized with other dogs, Hunter is nervous when meeting them in a canine playgroup, not sure what they might do to him. If he reacts unnecessarily to them, a slight correction gets his attention and he responds well. He tends to be dominant with other dogs. With people, however, this low-to-mid-energy guy turns into a cuddle bug who likes to be petted and will lean into you once you stop, asking for more. He is at his best interacting with his humans; whether it be watching the flat screen together or sitting in the back seat of your car while you run errands – he just loves being with you.
