Jake von Jarmen is a gorgeous 3-4 year old Shepherd mix. Big Jake is longing for a loving adult home that will keep him safe and secure. He is adjusting to his kennel surroundings, which can be intimidating for a guy like Jake. In playgroups, he shyly meets other dogs and is always pleasant, never one to cause trouble.  On leash, he is a wonderful gentleman and walks with other dogs with his trademark low-key manner. Once Jake knows you are a good person, he blooms into his sweet, loving self and the ideal companion. Jake does have some sensitivities to being petted in certain areas by strangers but, hey, a guy’s got to have some personal space!
