Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles

Kodi is a gorgeous 12 month-old brown-eyed girl with classic GSD looks. She was rescued at 3 months old at the 11th hour from the city shelter because she was born with both her hip joints out of their hip sockets. She had surgeries on both her hips with her most recent surgery in March of 2020. She is doing great with her mobility and she loves playing with her toys, wrestling with her foster brothers and running around in the yard, playing fetch and smelling the flowers. This sweet girl is a typical puppy, fully of energy and curiosity. She is fully housetrained, great in the car and sleeps through the night in her crate. Her sweetness comes out when she nudges you for snuggles and kisses. She even saved her fish brother when he jumped out of the tank and carefully picked him up and took him to her foster mommy who put him back in his home. She has a cute bark and is always on alert for the mailman or the random suspicious squirrel.
