Kota von Kastl is an adorable 2 year old Shepherd mixed with a slightly smaller breed. He is a fun, loving young boy.  If you're looking for a smaller type dog, with all the great attributes of a shepherd; loyal, protective, affectionate, then KOTA is your boy!!  Kota is a quick learner, but could benefit from some basic training too.   He knows sit with a treat and is on his way to learning "down".  He still pulls a bit walking on leash, but with a quick tug he comes right back to your side.  Also, if he goes to far ahead of you he looks back to make sure you are there.  He will bond very quickly w/his new family.  At the adoptions, the volunteer that was working with him had to leave him and bathe another dog, and Kota made the other volunteer that was holding him take her over so he could sit next to her. He didn't want to leave her side.  He loves to ride in the car.  He sat up straight in the back seat and enjoyed taking in all the sights around him.  He did not make a peep. Kota gets along w/everyone, except the small furry feline type.  So, no cats for him.  Come out and see KOTA.  He's just so lovable!!!!
