Lexi von Lexington is a sweet 18 month old plush coated German Shepherd. She's a well behaved girl and loves going for a walk right by your side. She's very attentive, especially if you have some treats in your hand which she'll take ever so gently. She loves to earn her rewards and already knows "sit" with either a verbal command or hand signal. Busy streets filled with activity and noise don't seem to phase her, and she greets new people with a calm demeanor. Lexi is a pleasure to be with and will fit in easily with her new forever family.

Per one of our volunteers:

I walked Lexi last week.  She walks okay on the leash, doesn't pull, and will sit with a touch-prompt.  She looks back at you to check where you are.  She loves a good roll in the grass and she has the goofy doggy smile when she does this.  When you sit down with her and look into her beautiful eyes she  give kisses and tucks her head under your arm.  Her face is very feminine and the crown of blonde hair around her face makes her look like a beautiful California girl.  She was relaxed during her bath and comb out.
