Westside German Shepherd Rescue of Los Angeles is a non profit 501(c)3, no kill rescue committed to saving all types of German Shepherd Dogs from high kill shelters and adopting them to loving, qualified homes.

Leyla von Lenzen is an adorable 8 month old German Shepherd.
Per her foster family:
Leyla loves people and being around them at all times. She is good with small and big dogs, but would prefer to be the alpha, so having a submissive doggie playmate would be great. Her high drive makes her a great playmate for ball games and she would love an active family where she can run or even find a jogging partner. Leyla is also good with kids, but is still very much a puppy herself and very mouthy. She loves her chew toys and if not properly introduced may try some shoes, etc as well. Leyla helps her foster mom feed the cats in a separate room and accepts a firm "no" to leave them alone, but does not get to hang out with them. With Leyla's high drive, she might start chasing them if they were to run. Leyla is a perfect lady in the car and enjoys the rides quietly on the back bench like she has never done anything else. She is housebroken and crate trained.
