Miracle von Mirow is a gorgeous 2-3 year old German Shepherd.  She was given the name Miracle because when Westside's volunteer was at the shelter to pick up another dog, it turned out that she was just in the nick of time to save the life of this precious girl. New to kennel life, Miracle is still a bit apprehensive and timid but we can already see her starting to open up with kind attention, especially away from the kennel. This beautiful girl has a shy, sweet personality, so she needs time to get comfortable and relax with you. She likes affection from someone she knows, and will even follow you around.  Around other dogs, she starts on the shy side as well, but does seem more comfortable when around them. When she first joins a canine playgroup, she explores the yard and gets her bearings; then she settles down and is friendly with the other dogs. This darling girl needs a bit of time to adjust to new places, so she will benefit from a patient leader, in or out of state, who will guide her toward becoming secure and confident.
