Murphy von Muhr is a stunning 2 year old German Shepherd. Murphy is the original doggie diplomat!  Great with other dogs, Murphy makes new friends like a good boy, and he shakes hands and kisses babies like the mayor of the dog park!  Visually, this boy can be described as both sweet and dignified – with a twinkle in his big, soft eyes, Murphy will rest his chin on your knee and silently ask you for hugs. Murphy is a lover of all with a medium energy level - he loves humans, canines, long walks, cuddling and jogging equally (sadly, Murphy does not love cats - but we won’t hold that ONE little thing against him). Like many rescue dogs, Murphy can be overwhelmed when he first encounters new situations, which comes across as excess energy.  When you meet Mr. Wonderful, make sure you give him a few minutes to settle in – you will be rewarded with the most loving pet any family could hope to find.
