Norah von Nohemi is the cutest 12-month old, smaller-sized Shepherd mix. Besides cute, she is the sweetest shy girl you will encounter. With reassurance she warms up and may start even wagging her tail; we just know she will blossom in a loving home.  As for other dogs, she prefers those who are easy-going like her, especially when it comes to playgroups. Norah may seem nervous to go out for leash walks, but give her a little pep talk and she will be good to go on her way. She is still getting acquainted with the shelter environment and meeting other dogs and people.
