Opal von Ohm is a beautiful 18 month old Shepherd mix. This calm girl with the most adorable bouncy ears has such a wonderful personality. With her mellow demeanor she can come off as a bit reserved at first. However, with a few sweet words and a scratch under the chin, she just melts in your arms and your own heart will melt at her happy smile. Opal is one of those dogs with a great temperament. At playgroup she is tolerant of all personality types who came to say hello. After greeting everyone politely, she ends up observing and coming back to you for one or two more ear scratches until there is someone else new to meet. Opal is still a little new to walking on a leash but, with a little bit of encouragement, she settles into a nice pace and does even better when another dog is walking beside her. A pup with great balance medium energy like Opal will fit well in many homes but what she is really looking for is a place with people just as kind and patient as she is.
