Remy von Rowen is a very handsome 5 year old German Shepherd.
Per his own words, “Hello my name is Remy! I heard the volunteers joke that I can win the “longest tongue contest” but what I’m really looking for is a home who will appreciate all my qualities. I walk really well on leash and am always super jolly when you take me out. I just love meeting new people and other dogs! When we come up to a really pushy dog, I just step back to avoid any problems, and my handler says that I am such a good boy. I am mid- energy and my tail is always wagging nonstop. I know I am in a shelter but I am just happy to be alive and meeting new people everyday; the kennel techs call me that “nice, bubbly boy.” I think they love me! I love cuddling and giving kisses, and just getting any attention from you. When they put me in a playgroup I introduce myself politely to everyone, wagging happily as usual, and the humans are so impressed with my tolerant personality (since there were some bratty dogs in there). I am great with both male and female dogs - I guess that is uncommon for male shepherds so everyone is making a big deal of it. I prefer to hang out with the kennel techs whom I know and love, instead of tumbling around with the young pups. They say that I am the sweetest boy ever and will find a home soon. I sure hope so! Will you come down and ask for me?
