Ricky von Merrill is a handsome 12 month old black and red German Shepherd. The red and black shepherds are typically from import lines, the coloring is very sought after. Ricky and his sister were given up by a breeder, it was obvious that the breeder hadn't spent much time with them. The resilience of youth is good to see both dogs have blossomed. Lola was already adopted and we are proud to report that her new parents said she is brilliant. All she needs is a quick hand signal and she immediately complies.Their other dog who is very well trained, isn't as obedient as Lola so he is still on a leash. We are so grateful to Lola now Luna's family because they decided to foster Ricky and give him some training too. Ricky has a very sweet temperament and was immediately in love with the family's alpha male and of course his sister. Ricky can go to almost any family but he will need to be with another dog, he loves dogs.We are excited to see how Ricky is doing with his training, hope he is as brilliant as his little sister!
