Rio von Rieste is a beautiful 9-10 month old coated German Shepherd mix with a stunning, fluffy red sable coat and a happy personality that is pure sunshine. This fun-loving boy is full of curiosity and heads out for walks ready to explore everything the world has to offer. He enjoys meeting everyone and is very friendly and affectionate. Rio will benefit from some guidance as he grows and learns.  We are not recommending him for younger kids at this time as he still can show some puppy mouthiness. His energy level is mid-range, he already knows his "sit," and he takes treats with a gentle touch. Rio is great with other dogs on walks and off-leash. Whether he's greeting new friends or engaging in a fun play session with any dog that invites him, this boy has no trouble having a good time. He'd be a great option for a home with another playful pup, but he's not for cats. Rio is ready to brighten your world!
