Rocky von Montanez is a gorgeous black and red 5 year old German Shepherd. Big, hunky Rocky is everything you envisioned in a German Shepherd. He is high energy but walks well on leash, and just loves to go on adventures with you. He seems easily comfortable in new situations, and walks well next to other dogs as long as they are not pushy. Rocky will react to barking dogs, but when corrected, will quiet down and grumble that the other dog started it. Our funny goofball will always keep you giggling, since his tail is always wagging and his tongue is always out, making him look goofier by the minute. He lives to make you laugh, and will shower you with kisses if you let him. Rocky is almost perfect but will need some basic training to reach that level, and he just can’t wait to start learning! Rocky is confident in playgroup and meets the other dogs well, although he prefers to be the alpha in the group. He is currently sharing a kennel with our female Bella, and seems more dog-reactive when he is around her. Rocky would love to go home with an owner with some shepherd experience, or one who is willing to take him to obedience classes.
