Sandy von Smore is a delightful 2 year old German Shepherd. This gorgeous girl is sweet as S’mores (hence the name) and she can’t wait to love on you! Mid-energy Sandy walks well on leash, though she seems anxious and confused at times – after all she is in a noisy shelter with 75 other dogs. After some reassuring, she leans into you, thanking you for making her feel safe. On her walks, she meets some dogs in a pushy manner but listens well to corrections. Sandy likes to be active as much as she likes settling in for a cuddly session; she would love a home that will fill her days with jogging on the beach and nights with watching tv on the couch. In her playgroups, Sandy is confident and is clearly well-socialized among other dogs. She prefers to explore the yard, minding her own business, but seems happy to have friendly four-legged friends around her. Sandy gets along with everyone except the dogs who are overly pushy. Already housebroken, Sandy hopes you will come on down and ask for her. She just can’t wait to say hi!
