Silvie von Chestler is a stunning 3 year old black/silver German Shepherd. Although she looks like she weighs 90 pounds, her weight is only 75 lbs. She is a large, big boned girl with a gorgeous coat. She's sweet and friendly with the people she meets. She tends to bark at other dogs while she is on leash but once she goes up to them she is fine and just gives them a sniff. She was however quite interested in chasing the cat that she spotted in the yard, so until we can cat test her again, we will say she needs a kitty free home. Silvie is one of those dogs the shelter staff begged us to take because they saw how wonderful and nice she was. Just look at her, how could we say no.
