Sonny von Himmel is a beautiful 18 month old golden German Shepherd/Lab mix. Although he is a bit shorter than a Shepherd, he is a good sized dog with the stockier build of a Lab but the large size of a Shepherd. Sonny is one of those dogs who will shower you with kisses every chance he gets. He is very affectionate and friendly and we think he would be a perfect companion for a family with kids. He gets along with all dogs and did well on his first introduction to a cat. He is such a favorite with all the volunteers as well, we had to make him 'dog of the month'. You will find the best of both breeds in Sonny, so why don't you come meet this sweetheart and let him give you a kiss or two!
