Tobie von Torgau is a beautiful 14 month old bi-color German Shepherd (female). Tobie might be one of the prettiest girls around but it is her amazing personality that she wants to be known for. A larger-sized girl, Tobie exits her kennel exuberantly and appears to forget her manners for a second. A quick correction reminds this smart girl that she knows her leash manners. Tobie already knows her sit command -- she wanted us to tell you that she learned it in the shortest time! She is mid-to-high energy and loves to go on jogs and hikes – active families should apply! Tobie does not have a shy bone in her body and will shower you with kisses and bear hugs if you let her. Other than being active, Tobie also loves cuddling and general goofing around. With her wonderful temperament, we believe that she will fit easily into any active home. In playgroups, Tobie is a veteran and completely relaxed. She is tolerant of all temperaments and energy types. Have a dog who loves playing? Tobie will happily oblige! Meeting a grumpy dog on the streets? Tobie will politely say hi but know how to avoid trouble. She mostly lays around the yard, waiting for the next dog to meet. As a star dog in playgroup, it is no wonder that she is handpicked by our kennel workers to work with our more difficult dogs.
