Turbo von Tutzpatz is a beautiful 7-8 year old larger-sized German Shepherd. Being an adult dog, Turbo  is wise to the ways of the world and wants to share with you some of the qualities that will make him the perfect companion.  In his own words, “Hi, my name is Turbo.  My friends at the rescue call me a gentle giant and, in my short time at Westside, I am already a volunteer favorite.  I love everyone I meet, two or four-legged, and I even tolerate the rambunctious pups in the play yard.  I greet new people with a friendly wag, and I like walking with my pack of friends.  In my previous home the three children loved to play with me and I was very watchful of them, lying outside the bathroom door if they were taking a shower/bath or snoozing at their feet while they did their homework.  I also could more than hold my own with the other energetic dogs who lived there.   You might say I'm a "man for all seasons" because I'm at my best in different situations.  You can take me to Starbucks or leave me at home; I'm well-behaved in either place.  I'm already housebroken and I love hanging out in the yard and chasing critters but I do great with cats!.
